The day was gloomy for Bayern Munich as they were left to bleed by the sword of their visitor, "Monchengladbach". The sixth consecutive times Bundesliga champions were perfectly pulverised on home soil "Alianz Arena" on Saturday. The Bundesliga champs haven't really found their feet in their last three games in all competition as they drew to FC Augsburg, lost to Hertha Berlin on two goals away, drew again with Ajax in their UEFA champions league encounter. Saturday's loss divulged the inferiority complex of the German giants. Not just the three to nil win but it occurred in the very presence of thousands of buoyant home fans of the Bundesliga champs. It was a ridicule encounter as players like James Rodriguez, L.Goretzka, Robben, Muller, Lewandowski and co. were all blank on ideas to turn the table around in their favour. They won every possession in the game but failed to deliver. Moreover, it was just like having a public holiday on Sunday. How useless.

The direction at which Bayern Munich are undergoing might put the job of coach Niko Kovac in jeopardy if they fail to Change course. With the difficulty to defend their title, their UEFA champions league race might end up in an early exit. Of course we all know the UCL is no place for child's game. There's need for a revival momentum as the league continues. The international break should be an avenue for the coach to stipulate and organise tactical formations.

Alassane Plea and Lars Stindl took advantage of Bayern's sluggish act and raised themselves 2 goals ahead in the first half while Patrick Herrmann extended the lead for Mönchengladbach in the 88 minute after a second successful substitute with Florian Neuhaus in the 74th minute. With this, all hope was lost for the host. Bayern's defence was like cheese used as a door lock.(easy Penetration).
