It was matchday 2 in the Seria A fixture as two giants clash. Like the saying goes, "when two elephant fights, its the grass that suffers". Juventus really made their visitors look denigrated during the first twenty minutes of the game with a 2-0 lead. All that was thought to be the battle of the furious became a cane whipping lesson until the latter time.

Fifteen minutes into the first half, Mauzirio Sarri's man was with with struck as De Sciglio picked up an injury just to have Danilo replace him. Looks like his challenge with Ghoulam(Napoli) earlier were telling on him. Fortunately, the substituted lad drew the first blood for the white old ladies. Danilo's first touch was that golden one every Juventus fan has been waiting for. Meret made contact but couldn't stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

Gonzalo Higuain doubled the lead for the whites as he strikes the ball into the goal post. His quick feet cut left Koulibaly displaced as the ball sits up for him and he makes no mistake dispatching his effort past Meret.

However, the brutality of the game continued as there were fouls, woodwork hit and pretty good saves.

The second half of the game began with Ancelotti making few changes to his team. Cristiano Ronaldo latches on to the delivery from Douglas Costa and strikes with his left foot. There wasn't quite a connection with his effort but there was enough power to find the back of the net. Though it looked like a scruffy finish, yet they all count.

Manolas got one in for Napoli as he heads home from close range a fine and instrumental cross from Rui.

Two minutes later, Lozano strike puts Napoli close up to a comeback. The Mexican international notches his first Napoli goal on his Seria A debut.

Di Lorenzo comepleted the comeback and it all seem like magic. The defender made use of his thigh as he converts Callejon's free kick into a goal.

90+2 minutes on the clock and it looks like its over until the day turned red for Napoli as Koulibaly puts the ball into his own net. Amazing scene at the Allianz stadium as Napoli defender somehow diverts Pjanic's delivery past his goal keeper. There was no apparent danger from the set piece , but the Senegalese slices his clearance into the top right corner from close range.

What a nightmare for him.

Just so you know, before the game, The Bianconeri have won seven out of their eight home matches against Napoli with their only defeat coming from the hand of Kalidou Koulibaly in a 90th minute duel. This was in April 2018.
