The hunter turns prey as our English premier league seasonal newbie catches on the defending champions and laid them to rest. It would be a blessed news and occurrence for the Merseyside reds as they've battled for the throne over for two consecutive years now and the conquest still continues. But as fate may have it, the reds are quite having the green light as they go clear atop the table early in the game.

Manchester City were not really in the game as they let loose their guard to allow McLean get the better of them in the 18th minute. He found the back of the net with a superb header from Buendia sublime corner kick cross. Carrow Road went into raptures as the home side took the drew the first blood.
It got worse for Pep Guardiola and his boys when Cantwell doubled the lead for the Canaries. They capitalized on a clinical counter attack. Buendia sees Pukki through with a clean pass leaving him.with more work to do as he races down the opponents goal post while Cantwell surges forward to support fellow team mate. Pukki finds him in an open space and lays down a good square play pass and Cantwell finished the good work.
City were close to getting one back but the woodwork denied Raheem Sterling the chance.
Nevertheless, Aguero pulled one back for city with little time on the clock as he guided a Bernardo Silva's cross into the goal. He was left unmarked down in the middle when the cross spotted his head and he took the chance.
The Canaries added more salt to the injury with another goal from Pukki. It became a nightmare for Otamendi as he drops a huge gaffe that lead to the goal. Such Clanger stone would have had to his name few minutes before. Buendia's pressure on the ball made him in control as he squares to fellow team mate who stabs the goal post with ball.
Two minutes left on the clock, Rodri Hernandez score a brilliant outside box shot to reduce the deficit for the Man blues. There was a monumental upset as the home team grabbed the three points successfully even without several first team players.
At this point, Guardiola was fed up with the game. Though its too early to decide, having a bad result early in the league would is really a bad one for a team competing for the title. Pep Guardiola has congratulated rivals Liverpool on winning the Premier League after Manchester City’s loss at Norwich. He joked that Jurgen Klopp’s side have won the league after Norwich overcame Man City 3-2, with Liverpool defeating Newcastle 3-1 to go five points clear at the top.
However, there have been a likely defeat of this nature on the 19 May, 2013 when managerless City lost 3-2 on home soil to Norwich. Its like the old witches came hunting again......
