Crystal Palace lost away 3:0, Chelsea lost at home 0:3, Arsenal lost away 3:1, West Ham lost away 1:0. This is how Tottenham players are playing against London rivals this season. All of those disgracing results came in during Nuno's reign, but they deserve to earn title of "London derby specialists" for those players. New derby is coming on Thursday and visitor is mighty London rival and one more mid table club - Brentford! It's though team with bee in emblem ZZZZ!!! Those bees won Arsenal and we all laugh at them, they won Everton too. They are obviously deadly for clubs of mid table quality like Tottenham.
Will Spurs really continue this shameful row of results and performances in London derbies ? Not sure, but game against Mura is not giving much confidence and hope. Spurs just started new unbeaten row of games last weekend when their match against Burnley have been postponed. Do you know words of comics wisdom "If you don't play you can't lose!"? :)
If we are not joking home games against Burnley and Norwich are big chances for getting 6 points because games which are following after will hardly earn any point to this pathetic bunch of players: Oh Renne! (Alo Alo whoop) in Conference League, mighty Brighton which look for some reason like Manchester City against Spurs, Leicester, Liverpool(!!), West Ham, Crystal Palace are coming before Southampton and new chance to get some points.
Those bad quality players who lack basic skills like a lot to watch upstairs on the table questioning themselves "Can we be 4th and earn Champions League place this season ?" Some fans are questioning themselves "Why Harry Kane didn't get ballon d'or award this season ?". I can ask those fans did you watch our striker this season at all ? He's playing bellow average, fails in basic skills like easy passing or counter attack 3 on 2... Don't tell me he scored against Mura, because me and you could score against Mura...
With that state of mind they must think about Brentford like club which came from Championship, easy win with good goal margins etc... Because of that Spurs will probably enter into game lazy, back passing, lack of creativity, inability to hold ball and build up the play. That state would probably last until half time and it wouldn't surprise me if I see Brentford lead at half time. With Romero injured and Sanchez in squad this is realistic possibility. They will then wake up and start running like robots, sprinting everywhere, give Brentford pressing they never saw and dominate in second half. Will it be enough for win ? I am not sure I hope so.
Realistic is draw like 1:1, but Spurs fan inside me is telling me it's going to be 2 or 3:1 for Spurs with Conte rampaging on out line...
I have only two questions for Spurs players "Are you really going to lose one more London derby ? Are you really going to become club who lost all London derbies ?" I hope not! COYS!
