I am so frustrated with this never ending quest for new coach of Tottenham. I also know I am one from 60,000 managers who thinks they know the best, but so confident this would be right approach for this summer by Tottenham board.

Goal 1 should be to KEEP Harry Kane at any cost. That can be done if they show some real ambition on transfer market. Kane even dropped them a hint by saying "I understand perfectly with Grealish". I read that message like this "I know you can't get De Brune to N17, but you should bring Grealish and I'm staying".

I'd listen to this advice of football divinity and call Aston Villa to ask them for price of Grealish. I'd include some Tottenham players in that trade. When I say Tottenham players I mean Dele Alli, Winks, Sanchez or anyone they request except H.Kane. Then I'd go north to visit Mr. Ashly and try to bring another football divinity Alan Saint-Maximin. I'd offer D'dombele or Lucas plus money or whoever they want except Kane of course. That way we'll have great attack where Son is left, Saint-Maximin right while Grealish is on position number 10. With Harry Kane in front of them we'll have very powerful goal machine. Bale could enter after 60 minute when Saint-Maximin gets tired, Lo Celso or Lucas (if stays) could replace Grealish on bad day or if he can't play, Saint-Maximin could also play on left instead of Son if he can't play or if he's bad. He couuld also play insted of Grealish. A lot of very skillful players which can play on various positions. Grealish can play LW too... Opponents would not know what's upon them!

After I finish with that attack I'd try to get some real defensive midfielder. Those currently in Spurs are half players. Most of last season they couldn't bring ball on other half toward attack. Ideal candidate should run fast all around the pitch, be superb in intercepting passes, tackling, but must also be good in passing and should have some dribbling skills. Hojbjerg is good in running, he has pace, can tackle, but is not very good in passing or dribbling. N'Dombele has dribbling, but is not running and is not so good in recovering balls, Lo Celso is running, has passing, but not so good in interceptions or tackling. Winks was weak in all areas last season. I don't know how good Skipp really is. He was great in Championship, but Premier League is another story. That's why Spurs need to have FULL PACKAGE on that position. Chelsea win in Champions League final showed what real world class defensive midfielder means for team! All feel protected and secure with such pit bull behind them or in front of them (if they are defenders). I ask for your help about right DM. Who do you think that should be ?

Here we come to defenders. I think trio Rodon, Alderweireld and Tanganga should play like CB while Reggy and some good fast right wing back should play wide. That would be good. It's shame we didn't see that combination in entire last season! This does not mean Spurs should not get Anderson from Fulham and/or Nikola Milenkovic from Fiorentina. That would be combination of pace skill and experience!

All those good players should need one superb high motivator, great manager and I'm still thinking it is Antonio Conte! That could be team who could stand on line with Liverpool, City, Chelsea, United and challenge them for title and keep Harry Kane in this club!

Conte

I highly doubt that is going to happen, but I still have some hope. If this isn't happening and Levy brings Poch, sells Kane I could only sing him Modern talking song:

"You're no good you're kaput brother Levy Levy Levy!"

Brother Levy Levy Levy!
