Tottenham won M. City 2:0

Mourinho's double decker ran over Pep Guardiola today. Yes it was not ordinary bus, it was bus on two levels because final result was 2:0. With this win Tottenham came closer to Chelsea and is now just 4 points behind. I would call this game "Mourinhoball" because Spurs scored 2 goals from 3 shots, while City failed to score single goal from around 20 attempts.

Tottenham squad was not so defensive as I thought will be because Son, Lucas and new signing Bergwijn. Three attacking players on paper, but most of them with big roles in defense. Manchester City dominated possession of the ball, had few big chances. Aurier and Sanchez did what they usually do, first one made mad penalty, while last one created great chance for Aguero in first half and hit bar of own goal near the end. Before and after those blunders they were good. Ugo Lloris saved penalty against City again. This time not to Aguero, but Gundogan. When Spurs skipper see City player taking penalty he simply can't restrain not to save it.

Guardiola made dirty tactics again. Last time they seriously hurt H.Kane and today they attempted to do the same with Dele Alli. Little dirty nasty prick called Rahim Sterling tried to break his ankle, but got away with just yellow card. Fortunately he failed in his attempt. After penalty he entered in fight against Lloris after his diving attempt after save didn't end with new penalty. He got plenty of well deserved booing from stadium since that. Why they need penalties when Ugo is on goal ? :) Penalty was comic, given by VAR 3 minutes after accident in the box.

It looked like Spurs can't do anything in attack, like Son is unable to do anything useful. On the other side it looked like it's just matter of time when Spurs will concede goal, but City players missed everything including shot on goal without goal keeper. There is unwritten rule when you miss so many chances punishment is coming. Face of punishment was new Tottenham signing Bergwijn. Lucas passed high ball to him near the edge of the box, lad skillfully calmed down ball with chest and fired up unstoppable shot into City net! First shot at goal and it's 1:0 for Tottenham! I should say that City was man down because of second yellow card for Zinchenko after stopping counter attack by making foul on center.

Game was crying for player who can dribble in attack like new Zidane - N'Dombele. When Mourhinho finally put him in one of his first actions was superb pass which founded Son with enough space to shot. His ball ended in the back of the net for 2:0 after two attempts on goal. Same player will corrupt this high percentage with his bad attempt near the end. At the end it was just 66% of success. :)

Ugo Lloris was man of the match for me because penalty save. He had one mistake when he crushed with new defensive G.O.A.T. Tanganga, but Alderweireld was on to big level in this game and blocked shots superbly. Tanganga stopped Mahrez well on his side. I am not sure if he could do that with B.Silva, but fortunately he was on the bench for this game.

This double decker win cost me 1000 SCR on betscorum, but I'm not complaining. Maybe they were enchanted by my bet, maybe warlock finally got his powers back after last season ? Arsenal beware I'll bet on you next week... :)
