Partizan easily lost game against Manchester United in Europa League. Losing with only 3:0 Serbian side can thank to goal keeper Vladimir Stojkovic who saved the net one on one in couple of chances and big waste of chances by United attackers. We all knew United is better club coming from much better league, but first leg gave some non realistic hopes. As soon as game started it was clear United makes chances to easy and that it is just matter of time when they will score first goal. Once when they scored first and soon after second it was clear that it is just question how many goals pathetic Serbian squad will concede. Partizan players showed incredible impotency in few counter attack attempts when they failed to exchange few simple passes to create chances. Instead of pass to alone player, player with the ball often decide to go into 2 or 3 United players to dribble. I expected losing, but I must say I expected lower number of chances for United and at least few good chances for Partizan.

Red Star lost 0:4 against Tottenham, they had big chance when Pavkov at 0:0 came alone in front of Gazzaniga, but his shot hits Gazzaniga's foot. Tottenham had bit of luck in pinball scramble in 10 seconds long post-bar attack after which ball came to Lo Celso who scored for 0:1. In similar situation Red Star didn't have such luck in their post-bar pinball soon after. Then after relatively good first half by Red Star in second Son started to show what kind of developer of football he is for Red Star right back Gobeljic and decided game with 2 quick goals. Pavkov had one more opportunity, but instead of shooting he tried to pass to Marin and chance went away. At the end Spurs could score 5th, but Sessegnion tripped on pitch. If he succeeded with his pass toward Kane it would be 0:5. Red Star at least can say they had some chances and that luck was not on their side, but it is clear that Tottenham is much better team comming from much better and the most important REGULAR league.

What shocked me after those games are statements of players and managers. Red Star defender Degenek said something like "They didn't over play us in any segment of play, we gifted them goals with our mistakes. I will not tell you which mistakes, but their goals were our gifts". Very brave statement for someone whose club conceded 9 goals in two games against Tottenham. I would say they over played you a lot mate!

Coach of Partizan Savo Milosevic was in similar mood saying "We made 2 big mistakes gave them 2 goals advantage and game was over". So we should probably think we are good like Manchester United, but some unfortunate mistakes costed us game ?! LoL I really don't think so! While Partizan played good first leg at home and maybe suffer non deserved lost in Belgrade in Manchester it was clear who is who. United made to many big chances to easy. Partizan didn't make any threat to United goal. That is fact and we should not put heads into sand like ostrich. We should congratulate to better squad, say something compatible with reality and continue hard work trying to achieve some new level closer to Premier League clubs. It is possible Slavia Prague showed it against Barcelona, Dinamo Zagreb is showing it in Champions League against no less than Manchester City.

Big difference between Slavia Prague or Dinamo Zagreb compared to Partizan and Red Star is fact that they play REGULAR championship at home and not FIXED, RIGGED one. Solution is simple, call referees from abroad, call controllers of referees from abroad, introduce VAR in domestic championship. Play REGULAR competition, let Partizan or Red Star lose or draw the game when they are bad.

When I remember that you tube channel who said "England Premier League" is Indian competition with "over paid players", "league without competition made only for TV and entertainment" and other bullshit I can only laugh and repeat what I wrote in comment "Indians took scalp of white people". We saw who are real Indians and who are blue blouses. I can only repeat statement made once by Partizan legend and ex Southampton player in 60ies Ivan Golac who said "We are like kids from kindergarten which want to compete in knowledge with University students. It's not working that way. You need to pass primary school first, then high school, then you can go to University". It seems we believe we are wounder kids who can do that, but it's obvious we are not.
