England Premier League has 4 clubs in QF of Champions League, Primera League 1, Seria A 1, German Bundesliga 0, France League 0, Eredevise 1 and Portugal League 1.

3 big games between major English and German clubs ended catastrophic for Germans. Liverpool eliminated pride of Germany and the biggest club from that country Bayern Munich with easy away win of 3:1. First leg ended up 0:0 and that is only point for Germany Bundesliga in this clash. Tottenham eliminated Dortmund with 2 wins despite not being in the best form. Manchester City humiliated Schalke with 7 goals in second leg and won them with man down in Germany. Goal difference from those 6 games was no less than 17:3! I call it trashing. Is it just because of limitation of transfer value in Germany or is it something else in question here ? Mancester United also eliminated the best French club PSG who spent ridiculous amount of money on transfers and did that without 10 players, while to be fair PSG was without 2 big names Neymar and Cavani. I would say this is not just money. I think that reason behind this success of Premier League lays down in Premier League Coaches. Guardiola, Ole Gunar Solskiaaer, Pochetinno and Klopp are more experienced and better than colleagues on the other side. That increased believe in my theory that in football coach is everything. Excellent coach can make good squad even from average players, while to bad coach will not help to have the best and the most expensive players. Of course money plays good role in success as English clubs can spend more than German, but main reason for this success is appointing of excellent coaches.

This recent Premier League success opens new question and that is where they play the best football ? Some would say in Spain, but Barcelona is only club from Spain in QF of Champions League! I wrote earlier that reason why I like Premier League the most is that it is the fastest league with the most active play time. No laying on the grass, pretending injuries, big time-wasting etc.. I tried to watch Atletico Madrid - Real Madrid game and was forced to switch channel because of to many laying down, fouls every few seconds, rough playing etc... I felt like I have eaten sleeping pill. Completely agree with ex Aston Villa and Saragosa player Savo Milosevic who said when I got transferred from England to Spain I scored more goals because it was like I need to reduce play speed from gear 5 to gear 4 and had more time to think. Only Barcelona managed to proceed to QF thanks to great performance of Messi. Seria A is also one of the biggest league, but club from there Roma could not pass near Porto from Portugal. Only Juventus succeed to go to QF thanks to Ronaldo great performance in second leg and bit of luck because some other day his first goal would be foul and it would't be penalty near the end. France league is also no match and to weak.

I would be so free to say that the best and the most interesting football is played in English Premier League. Spanish Primera has been overthrown from first place!
