He made Tottenham constant Champions League club, he finished recent seasons in top 4, he lead club to first ever Champions League final. He is Mauricio Pochettino. Supporters called him magician, they have song about him "He's magic you know Mauricio Pochettino". Spurs did not start so good this season, they have already two loses against Newcastle and Leicester and two draws away against Manchester City and Arsenal. It is hard to comprehend, but there is already tag #pochout on twitter. Some Spurs fans want him out of club.
Those fans are saying he is not picking up the strongest squad, they want someone new to clean up "non working woodwork" from club. Question is what about football we know as ordinary supporters ? The most of us did not kick the ball at all and no one knows what is happening in squad better than coach. Pochettino is doing remarkable job at Spurs, we shell remember where Spurs were before him. Removing Pochettino for Mourinho or some other manager would be bad move. Defeat against Leicester which is very good squad which is in my opinion direct competitor for top 4 this season is not a disaster! Spurs controlled the game until the end. Wanyama then came to replace Sissoko and made error which lead to conceding goal. He was not so good at second goal too, but who could know that in advance ? Blaming Poch for giving him chance to play in last 15 minutes is just not right. That Leicester game should be decided before that with Son's and Kane's chances. It's not disaster for calling coach down. Just remember what foxes did to Arsenal last season. It was 3:0 or something like that.
Poch is trying his best with squad he has, he is trying hard to find right position for every player and he is trying to give some minutes to everyone who deserve them. He is doing his best and all players are doing that too. If anyone should have credit at this club that is Mauricio Pochettino. He said when things are not going to well like now is right moment to be hard supporter and back up club. I can only agree on that.
