Despite my expectation Tottenham won Newcastle with comfortable victory of 4:1. You can see scorers on above picture. Yes we won, but it is big question what would happen if Ben Davies didn't make heroic clearance of ball in front of Isak in first half on 0:0. It was counter attack by visitors, we were badly outnumbered, cross came in, two Newcastle players waited on back post but Bed Davies in front of them let ball hit his leg just enough to trick Isak. Later it hit Isak and it was not even corner. Yes it might be luck, but he deserved it after unfortunate deflection vs West Ham. It was not even a corner. Visitors had one or two chances in first half, but failed to score, while Tottenham which was much better had more.

Goals in first half fell after superb play by Son who sent into Trance Trippier send low cross toward Udogie for first and Richarlison for second goal. Yes you read it right Richarlison scored a goal and with his foot. Brazilian played like a deamon this game. It was one of 3 his games in which he looked like real striker and danger for opponent goal. His press and link up play was also good. While his press was more less ok before, I am happy for his link up play because it is new quality he didn't show up in the past. He didn't have luck to score one more in first half as dragon Dejan Kuluevski's, who played with mask on number 10 position ball was touch by defender just enough to avoid Richy on back post.

Guests went more forward in second half, but didn't have some big chance. Next goal happen when I think Porro found Richarlison inside the box with long high ball, he made good first touch(!!) and like seriuos striker went around defender and sent ball inside the net. Maybe some other goalkeeper like Pope could save this, I don't know, but goal is goal and it was game over for Toons. Until the end Son was found with ball in space inside the box, he went around Dubravka there was contact and referee pointed to the spot first time in this season for Tottenham. New penalty taker Son did it excellent and it was 4:0 on scoreboard. Ange then started to bring new players like Lo Celso, Hojbjerg, Skipp and Donley. Skipp missed very big chance after dragon Dejan found him alone on back post with wonderful cross, but Dubravka saved his not to good effort. Son had one more chance but his shot went wide of goal. Unlucky Johnson did in one situation everything right but his shot from inside the box was stopped by crossbar and post like Doku from City in one of previous game. It was good time for return because we already won this game.

Guests scored consolation goal over Joelington after Hojbjerg made one of his bad sideway passes in dangerous position on field, which lead toward quick action and ball came to alone Joelington who scored easily for 4:1.

Destiny Udogie

I want to mention three things I saw during this game. It's Romero's tackle over just recovered Willson. It was ugly to watch, it was from behind without ball in mind. He got yellow card for it. I am to old to give him advises but if he wants to listen "Romero boy, you don't need that especially on 3:0 and against player from team who didn't injure our players, save this for Chelsea and Aston Villa and do it smarter because this could be red card you know.". Guests had one big chance until the end when Willson's header was saved by Vicario, but he I don't know word on English put tongue out in disrespect after save and that caused brawl between him and Willson and Joelington after the game. Willson said it was lack of respect. Vicario boy you don't need that on 4:1 believe me.

Dejan Kulusevski put talks about number 10 when Madders is not here to bed

And I saved the best for the end. It's Dejan Kulusevski. He played on position number 10 and he played like dragon creating at least 5 big chances for team mates. He prove what I told that he is real choice for number 10 during Madders injury. However way how he plays could jeopardize Madders himself. Madders your chair is shaking my man. Camera was on Madders after one of Deki's wonder moves and he looks to me how to say worried. Ange did right thing in this game with first eleven and credit to him too. Maybe he is secret reader of scorum who knows ? :)
