We are all into crypto and some of us heard on 51% attack which mean if someone owns 51% of Bitcoin mining he could do whatever he likes in blockchain. Here is definition:
51% attack refers to an attack on a blockchain – usually bitcoin's, for which such an attack is still hypothetical – by a group of miners controlling more than 50% of the network's mining hashrate, or computing power. The attackers would be able to prevent new transactions from gaining confirmations, allowing them to halt payments between some or all users. They would also be able to reverse transactions that were completed while they were in control of the network, meaning they could double-spend coins.
On the other hand we all know that the biggest football clubs have the biggest fan base in their countries which could be even above 50% of population. What happens then with Football Association of those countries ? Answer is simple they can revert who won titles 70+ years ago! At least they can do that in Serbia. LoL!. You read it right. There was some kind of competition just after World War II and this year Football Association decided that Red Star should get awarded with title from that 70+ years ago season. There are numerous reasons not to do that like they were defeated on Belgrade level and should not compete in "middle Serbia" league which they won, there was separate Vojvodina league (north province of Serbia) which Spartak Subotica won, probably separate Kosovo province league too etc.. But people who decided just rise hands and without explanation announce Red Star was champion that season! Transaction was reverted LoL!
They can influence on delegation of referees and thus it was possible to let proven thief from referee like Bojan Nikolić to become "Elite referee" for new season. It is also possible that man who should analyze how referees perform is man who said during his referee career on one game that he saw Red Star scored from offside but his "red-white heart" could not let him rise up the flag! LoL! That man is Dušan Mrakić. He is one who is f*ing in health brain everyone trying to explain non explainable referee decisions. My favorite is "there was a contact in penalty box" for penalty when player simulate foul after the slightest contact and thus it is "justified penalty". Problem is that same rule does to apply for other clubs because he says then "contact was not of enough intensity" LoL! There is never justified penalty against favorable club unless it leads 2:0 or more! With their man who delegates observers of referees all is in their hands. Poor referees in wish to become "Elite" must act like they want or they will get suspended. "Elite" is reward for theft. Man who delegate referees is Zoran Petrović who was solid referee until his last game just before collapse of Yugoslavia when he brutally plundered NK Rijeka (Croatia) against Hajduk Split (Croatia) in cup final when he gave Hajduk non existing penalty and denied NK Rijeka clear one. Rumors after were that he earned house on sea in Split for that favor!
That is how we end up with long list of obedient referees who push the most popular club to much that it becomes disgusting even for real supporters of that club. Then we get rigged competition which no one cares about because Champion will be one who must be. That is why only few hundred people watch games in this Ling-Long(right name) "Super" league! That is why we get unbeatable monster in competition! I am not saying that they did not deserve title in last season (they do at least for winning Liverpool at home and Partizan at home), but to many times when they were on edge to lose some points referees stepped up with non existing penalties or red cards for some player to make it easy. They do so because if they don't win referee will have problem he will be guilty for point loss!
I know that there are big clubs in other leagues like Juventus in Italy, Barcelona and Real Madrid in Spain, Manchester United and Liverpool in England, Bayeern Munich in Germany. I also know that some people in Italy claim that Juventus has to much support from referees and that is reason they are first to often, a lot felt same for Real, Barcelona, Manchester United or Bayern Munich. That rise question is football immune on situation when a lot (especially 50% or more) of population of some country support one club ? I think it is not especially when there is big pressure from politics with motto like this "It is always good that club with the biggest fan base become Champion because then majority of population are happy". Well I don't think so, I think champion should be one who deserve it on football green-field in competition where rules are equal to all. If that means Partizan or Red Star should lose against Surdulica let them lose. I am sure people would value that kind of regular competition and attendance and overall interest for league would be bigger among population. Appointing of new "Elite referee" tells us otherwise.
