According to various sources it's not question if but when will Tottenham coach Mauricio Pochettino will leave Spurs bench. Newspapers are telling us about 3 candidates to replace him: Eddie Howe (Bournemouth), Julian Nagelsmann (Leipzig) or Ancelotti (Napoli).

Dissatisfaction in Spurs camp could not be hidden after public announcement of couple of players that they will not go to any other club until their contracts ends. Alderweireld, Verthongen, Rose, Eriksen told that loud and clear. Underpaid players with to big price tag above their heads are keen not to allow Spurs chairman Daniel Levy to earn any money by selling them in January. All public announcements about "total devotion to club" etc... fell in water. Now it's crystal clear. They are deeply non satisfied in Tottenham and are not ready to give their best for club anymore. It's sad, but that is how things stand.

A lot of fans don't see how Pochettino can turn these things around anymore. Relegation form started in January this year is in culmination and difficult games against West Ham (A), Olimipiacos (H), Bournemouth (H) and Manchester United (A) are coming. With well known fact that West Ham players are always very motivated to play against Spurs and if we remember that they won Spurs away 0:1 last season we come to conclusion this lunch time game next Saturday could easy be last game for Pochettino as Spurs boss.

During his 5 years reign he did impossible things like constantly holding Spurs in top 4, even reaching Champions League final last year. He didn't win trophies, but with club without real ambition like Spurs and without real support by chairman this what he has done was awesome. However failing in elimination of non satisfied players from first team and stubborn choosing dreadful players like car-crash (Aurier) and awful performances by team against struggling sides made him look like he lost dressing room and like someone who can't or don't want to change things around any more.

This departure will not be to hard for him because of enormous amount of money Levy need to pay him. Some really big clubs with big ambitions like Real, Barcelona and Manchester United are waiting for him. He'll find new job in no time.

What to say about other managers ? Eddie Howe looks like the most realistic replacement. German coach has much of his contract ahead of him, while I don't think Italian will abandon Napoli for Tottenham. All of them are solid and we'll need at least few years to evaluate them. Without real support in terms of signing new quality players I doubt anyone of them will have success at Spurs.

When Swans are dying they do it with swan song, this is one era in Spurs coming to an end and we'll probably hear "Swan song" on Saturday at London Stadium. I think Pochettino has been sacked already or at least agreed terms for step down. We are just waiting for big announce. Losing against West Ham will be great opportunity for this. All look like "You've been sacked, but you don't know Mauritio Pochettino".
