Star players are believed to choose Europe as a goal to play in professional football. However, the level of soccer games in Europe is higher than in other parts of the world.

However, in recent years, European competition has not been the only attraction for some players. China and the United States have also begun to be the goal of some great players.

To lure quality players, usually leagues outside Europe offer substantial salaries. As a result, the players were tempted by this and were willing to leave Europe at a productive age.

In fact, if you want to survive in Europe, these star players can still be successful with big clubs. But Asian clubs, especially China, can tempt them to leave Europe faster.

Here are three star players who left Europe too soon as reported by Sportskeeda.

Carrasco is one of the players who recently left Europe to move to China. The Belgian player felt success with Atletico Madrid after previously sticking with AS Monaco.

Carrasco moved to Atletico for a fee of 22 million in 2015. He achieved success in the Spanish capital, including scoring in the Champions League final against Real Madrid in 2016.

The 25-year-old is also part of the Belgium squad that won third place in this summer's World Cup. Carrasco moved to China in February this year by joining Dalian Yifang, along with his teammate at Atletico, Nicolas Gaitan.

Giovinco appeared from the Juventus academy. However, he was unable to get a regular place there so he had to leave Turin.

Giovinco then moved to Toronto FC in 2015 and became one of the best players in MLS. He has scored 65 goals in 108 league matches.

The Italian may not have much chance to play at Juventus. However, he is still very fit to play in one of Europe's top clubs.

Oscar

Oscar joined Chelsea in 2012 after the Blues won the Champions League for the first time. He was an important part of Chelsea when they won the Premier League and Europa League.

However, the Brazilian had trouble making an impact under Antonio Conte at Chelsea. He then decided to move to Shanghai SIPG in January 2017 at a cost of 60 million euros.

Together with Shanghai SIPG, Oscar became a mainstay player and was able to contribute 13 goals and 18 assists in 29 appearances in the 2018 season.

At a young age, Oscar can still appear for other Premier League clubs such as Manchester United (MU) or Tottenham Hotspur. But Oscar was still at home playing in the Chinese League, it's a pity.
