The second match in Group B and arguably the most interesting one. Portugal faces Spain, the 2010 World Champion. Spain faces Portugal, the current European champions. It is definitely a match that should be exciting and makes all football fans enjoy.

SPAIN

After a very dramatic change managers, the Spanish team is looking to give good sensations to its followers. Spain is now led by the new manager Fernando Hierro who only has 1 year of managing experience. However, the Spaniards are not worried as team captain Sergio Ramos alongside Gerard Piqué asked for unity to the Spanish fans.

The Spanish team has two main doubts on their line-up and it is up to Fernando Hierro to decide on this matter.

Doubt #1: Right-back position: It looks likely that Dani Carvajal won't make it to the starting line-up as he is recovering from an injury suffered in the Champions League final against Liverpool. Hierro has options, play Alvaro Odriozola, the Real Sociedad youngster who even scored against Switzerland on a recent friendly or Nacho Fernandez, a more experienced player that has proven time to time that he can play anywhere in defence without any problem.

Doubt #2: The Striker: Spain is most probably going to play with 1 striker throughout the competition as it has a really talented midfield with attacking midfielders like Isco who appears in line-ups as a winger alongside David Silva as the other winger. Hierro will once more have a tough decision to take. He has 3 options. Diego Costa, who is the most likely to take the spot as he is more experienced and really has a good goal scoring ability. Iago Aspas, is the other candidate, the Celta player had his best goal scoring season in LaLiga with 22 goals and he definitely has the chances to be in the starting line-up agains Portugal. Rodrigo Moreno, probably the least likely to be the starter. Despite having a spectacular season with Valencia in which they qualified for next year's Champions League with Rodrigo scoring 16 goals and giving 7 assists in LaLiga, Rodrigo couldn't quite impress Lopetegui like Aspas and Costa did.

SCORE PREDICTION

I think, regardless of the managerial issue, Spain will be able to take the win on this very crucial match. They have experienced players that can handle this types of pressure. The score will be...

                              PORTUGAL 1 : 3 SPAIN

Let me know who you think will win this on the comments, will the managerial situation affect Spain? I will be reading your comments and reply them!
