The Champions League match between Real Madrid and Manchester City ended up as a big shock on many football fans. I could recall how many people expected Real madrid to be able and capable of keeping a good fate at Bernabeu but it turned out to be a fall for the Lions at home.
It's not really shocking to see De Bruyne perform like he did last night, he's indeed a great player but another factor can be said that Real Madrid is not close to the Mighty one we use to know some years back.
It's funny how it is very much possible for Real Madrid to still qualify to the next round of the tournament. The two teams have not been too well this season when it comes to consistency but any of these teams can always remain dangerous!
It seem like Zidane has began to fail real madrid or something close, ever since Christiano Ronaldo had left the team, he's not been able to find a perfect replacement in terms of scoring goals. More faith has been invested in Benzema but he doesn't appear agile enough for the task anymore. It already seem like Zidane needs more players whereas he has more than enough but he could be making some selfish mistakes.
