They are few teams I love to talk about when it comes to matches. It has been long ago since I talked about any team apart from mine-Liverpool fc. I have decided to focus on my team as I had little knowledge about others. This is the major reason I stick to my team and any other team like Real Madrid, Barcelona fc, Manchester United, Manchester city, Paris Saint German and some few others.
For some times now I have been observing the Arsenal fc team and ever since Arsene Wenger departs the team, the team has been performing poorly from one season to the other. This shows that the man (Arsene Wenger) is a very good coach. Before he was sacked I Remembered that I told Arsenal fc fans that it will be hard for them to see any coach that will fill the void that will be left by him . They replied me badly as they said Arsene Wenger needs to get out as there will be good replacement for him if he leaves and the good thing is that they will be able to win some trophies compared to Arsene Wenger that is not able to win good amount of trophies for them over the years. The reason that they are hating on him is simply because they are struggling to win trophies. You know that once you are not achieving any thing amazing in life you will surely hate on your self. This is why they dislike him as they have forgotten Arsenal fc principles.
Arsenal fc principles is that they are after building of players and selling them to make more money. This is their strategies and if along the line they win any trophies it will be an additional achievement. Their main aim is not towards winning of trophies. All this is what I have known long ago and it is painful that some Arsenal fc fans still don't knows this, what a pity I must say. This is why Arsene Wenger during his reign doesn't focus much on winning trophies instead, he is after players up bringing.
After he said good bye to the team things changed. Mikel Arteta takes over the team and since then it hasn't been easy for him at all, he keeps struggling. With their poor run they were unable to qualify for Uefa champions league trophy or Europa league. This was the same reason I was praying for Liverpool fc to progress to Uefa champions league next season. Now the reason is that if you don't qualify for international competition you will see good players not signing for your team. Now take a look at this, you will see that Arsenal fc are now struggling to attract good players, this is really a big issue for them.
There is no way big players will move to the team knowing fully well that they won't be playing in any major competition. They knows that if they sign for Arsenal fc it might impact their life and form so badly. If the players manage to get bid from other clubs, they might not be rated well. Many of this is the reason why some good notable players refuse to come to Arsenal fc. Another thing is that the Arsenal fc board are so stingy to release fund when bidding for players, this is why players dislike coming to their club as they might not add more good players to the team.
As for me this season might be difficult for them but despite that, this is soccer anything can happen. Arsenal fc have to improve in whatsoever ways they are doing if they wants to progressed as time goes on. They saw what happened to them last season, despite that, they still stick to their old ways, this might affect them badly. As for players signing they need to have good scout who will help them by linking good players to the team. Once this is achieved, they should not in any way be stingy to them, they should pay according to the worth of players if they knows they like the players form and ability. If they continues like what I said above gradually they will bounce back to their best form.
If they do like this and they are able to qualified for more competition, they will see that it will be easier for them to get attention of more good players when they table their bid. I will end the post here, please air your view by commenting.
