Yesterday's game was a big blow to all Barcelona fans. They gave us a stunning beating of 2-1 and took the trophy right before our eyes. We were actually aiming to win the title for the fifth season in succession but things never went the way we planned. Messi tried his best but he couldn't have done it alone.
After the final whistle, Barcelona players were strewn over the pitch. Two trophies just slipped out of our hands just like that. The Champions League final should have been an easy ride for us but we ended up being eliminated by Liverpool in a remarkable 4-0 victory at Anfield
Copa Del Rey which is supposed to give Messi a more solid ground to win Balon d'Or also slipped out of our hands too
