Following the ENDSARS violence currently going on in Nigeria that has left the country bloody for more than twelve days now, the Super Eagles are considering boycotting the remaining 2022 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers just to show their displeasure for police brutality and bad governance in Nigeria
The players are currently debating whether they should boycott the remaining matches in solidarity of the youth and attract the attention of the world into what is happening in Nigeria
In as much as this is a good way to show their concern towards the injustice the government melted on innocent protesters but it would be much better if they play the remaining qualifier matches and rather find a creative way to use the tournament to call out bad governance just as we are seeing that if BLACK LIVES MATTER rather than boycotting
Boycotting the qualifier may attract the wrath of FIFA which might be a ban or sanction
