This set of Super Eaglets are one of the worse Nigeria has ever produced and this is the reason why I was worried about the composition of that team when the tournament started and I knew we won't go far in the tournament with such team.

Their second game really exposed their weakness and it was so obvious that the team lacks technical work, tactics, team work and they were only playing and wishing. Aside that, administratively, a lot went wrong with our U17 team.
Our poor defending in the knockout stage paved ways for the Netherlands to score two goals in the first 20 minutes. They tried to fight back but weren't just strong enough to battle with the Oranje.

The game ended in a 3-1 victory for the Oranje as they eliminated the Super Eaglets and advanced to the quarter finals.
