The Super Falcons of Nigeria are in a tight situation in advancing to the round of 16 at the 2019 FIFA World Cup. The host nation, France defeated Korea 4-0 in their first match to maintain their perfect start to the competition. They also defeated Norway 2-1 in their second match and are currently sitting at the top of the table with 6 points
The Super Falcons of Nigeria lost their first game to Norway that ended in 3-0 but managed to beat Korea Republic 2-0 in their second game with a brilliant goal by Barcelona forward, Asisat Oshoala.
Norway has 3 points already and will beat Korea in their last game to rise to 6 points. Technically, France and Norway are more likely to qualify to the round of 16 leaving Nigeria in the 3rd position.
France thrashed Norway, that won Nigeria, so it's very likely that France will beat Nigeria. Even though Nigeria were to defeat France which is very unlikely, they will need to score as much goals as possible in order to qualify ahead of Norway by goal difference.
This is a real battle for the Super Falcons as they have a very slim chances of advancing to the round of 16
