According to reports in England, a good number of the players at Manchester United are reportedly disappointed over the unfulfilled promises from manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer. From the beginning of the season, Ole Gunner Solskjaer painted the picture that all players in the Red Devil squad list would get some good minutes. Yet, the reverse has been the case this season. Ole has refused time and again to rotate his squad.

The initial decision made by Solsjaer

Prior to the beginning of the season, the Manchester United manager insisted that he would be open to having a bigger squad. The reason behind that was so that his team can compete for all trophies head-on. Sometime ago, he made a statement suggesting that Bruno Fernandes had been over played. However, even with the available options now, Ole has failed to rotate his squad. From the look of things, the previously overplayed Bruno Fernandes could end up being overplayed as well this season.

Fringe players left disappointed by Solskjaer

From reports in the Manchester United camp, the likes of Anthony Martial, Eric Bailly, Dean Henderson and Donny Van De Beek got into this season with the optimism they would have regular game time. Nonetheless, despite the poor performances of those on the pitch, Ole has failed to rotate his squad. Thereby leading to frustration among these players.

Final thoughts

No doubt, Ole Gunner Solskjaer has so far failed in the promises made to these players. With his job at Manchester United hanging by a thread, it would be great to see how these players react in the upcoming games
