Lobi Stars coach, Solomon Ogbeide gave up the ghost on the 20th May after battling with a brief illness. It was reported by the welfare office of the club that Ogbeide has been battling with low blood pressure before he finally met his death today.

Before his death, he always complained about not feeling well before he finally pass on in the early hours of today. Now another coach will emerge to see Lobi Stars through the season. Although they are are second on the group A table with 31 points in 20 matches.
