They are back and stronger this season again and they are probably going to contend against City again. Their performance this season has shown that they really mean business and it might still be a two-horse race between them and City just like last season
Tottenham finished the Premier League at the fourth position last season but they made it to the UCL final when they lost the final to Liverpool. It seems like they want to win a trophy this season but I'm not sure if they will go far in UCL as they did last season
