When a players scores a hat trick in a match, we all know it's an impressive feat but what could be said about a player who achieved three times of that feat in a single match? This feat is mouth-opening and it's something football scoring machine, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have not been able to achieve.

Wang Shanshan has proved to the world that she cannot not only score a hat trick but 3 times of that in a single match. This happened in a match between China and Tajikistan at the ongoing Asian Games.

In case you don't know Wang Shanshan, she's a professional Chinese footballer born on 27 January 1990. She has won gold medal for her country at the 2011 Summer Universiade in Shenzhen.

She made a record by scoring 9 goals in a match against Tajikistan after appearing as a 56th minute substitute. China had a 3-0 win in the first half and added three more goals to it before Wang actually came in as a substitute in the 56th minute. It took Wang just eight minutes to score her first goal after which she added eight more over the next 29 minutes. The game ended in 16-0

Honestly, if I were to be the goalkeeper of TajikistanI, I'll tender my resignation and retire from football after that match. Lol 😀

Some of my friends have been saying that such a feat will be very difficult to achieve in men's football due to the competitiveness. I think they might be right though.

The question is, do you think this can happen in men's football? Let's say World Cup or Olympic?
