This is one of the reasons why I like the Champions League because it's always full of surprises. Another unexpected comeback from Chelsea who had already been humiliated at Stamford Bridge if not for two Ajax players that were red carded which gave Chelsea the advantage to make it a draw.

Aside the red cards it was an electrifying game and the game was still quite fair. The penalty and own goal came as a result of pressures for Chelsea's struggle to fight back and get back into the game.

Ajax are very good, they surprised everyone tonight just as they did last season and are still repeating the same thing this season. If not for the two red cards they received that had a significant impact on them they would have walked out of Stamford Bridge with three points.
Would Chelsea have equalized the game if Ajax had all their eleven players on the pitch?
