The derby between Manchester City and Manchester United was a trailing game as Man United ended the game with a bragging feeling. City was defeated 2 nill much to the displeasure of the club and fans.

Man City has gone 21 games unbeaten run until this night. The game started with Man united assuming the underdog. Man City was looking strong, intimidating, and optimistic. But everything took a different turn as Marshall was foul within the penalty area and a penalty kick was awarded.

This helped put the visitors in front. Despite the pressure mounting from the host, Man United was able to capitalize on City's flaws and punish them with a second goal from in-form Luke Shaw.

Manchester United is now back to the second position on the league table, just 11 points behind the league leader, Man City.

The result of the game came as a shock to many including myself. Before the game, I never saw Man U coming out victorious considering how formidable their host was. It was indeed a surprising turn of events in favor of the red devils.

Everything with a beginning surely has an end, unfortunately, this time, Man Citys unbeaten run has been brought to an end by their neighboring rival.

Amazing game.
