Toure's dreams are gradually setting out for him as he was appointed the assistant coach of Ukrainian Olimpik Donetsk FC, the same club where he started his professional career in 2003.
The former Barcelona and Manchester City midfielder has been in England collecting his coaching badges and is now set to kick start it with Olimpik Donetsk on the sideline.
The 37 years old is expected to help the club improve as they currently sit at the 17th position on the Ukrainian league table.
According to Toure, he is overwhelmed with how things turned out and he'd love it starting his coaching career in Donetsk. He however admitted that there will be challenges ahead. He is just as ready to tackle any.
He also shared how his agent couldn't help but show his shock for his choice club to coach. But he was clear in his mind where he wants to go.
Olimpik Donetsk started Toure's career, hopefully he will be able to make things work and transform the club with his skills and years of experiences. The club also express optimism in Toure and believe he's going to be an added value to the club's success.
