Barcelona young starlet Ansu Fati would be out for four months after he had an operation to the internal meniscus of his left knee. The surgery was done in Barcelona and the club have confirmed he would be out for about four months. He was taken off during a game against real Betis in the laliga and since then hasn't taken onto the pitch.

Fati has been one of Barcelona's brightest spark this season playing 10 games so far in the league and champions league and scoring five goals and providing a further three assists.

Manager Ronald Koeman has come under heavy criticism for how he frequently uses the youngster who is still eighteen years of age. Fati has made 43 appearances for Barcelona already at a very Young age and now holds lots of records for his clubs and country's youngest ever goal scorer in several competitions.

With Messi struggling to find his best form yet and Griezmann still not firing as expected, fingers crossed to see how Barcelona fair in the absence of the young winger.
