After this weekend's barren draw against Man United in the EPL, Chelsea went into their second game in the champions league desperate for points and to return to winning ways and it was obvious from the starting line up with Lampard Fielding an attack minded trio of CHO, Werner and a first start for newly signed Hakim Ziyech against Krasnorda.

The first half was rather drab with very few chances between the side despite the half ending with Chelsea leading by a goal to nil. Jorginho failed to convert from the penalty spot to make it to misses from his last four spot kicks.

The blues faired better in the second half with three goals from Werner, Ziyech and Pulisic to put the game beyond reach for the home side in what was an all round dominant performance.

They face a trip to Burnley up next in the premier league and would be looking forward to replicating a similar performance and get all three points.
