Last weekend, after an international pause for national teams games in the Nations League the Belarus football championship resumed, in which the 21st round was held. The central game of the game week was the match of two contenders for the podium - Salihorsk Shakhtyor and Minsk Dynamo.

Both teams began the meeting very active, but by the end of the twentieth minute the control passed to the Soligorsk. In the first half, they had several scoring chances, among which there are two outings of Denis Laptev striker one on one with the goalkeeper. In both cases, Andrey Gorbunov played brilliantly and managed to ward off the threat from his goal. By the way, an interesting fact - in the match with Dynamo head coach of Shakhtyor made the first and only substitute in the 87th minute of the match.

The loss of points of their direct competitors in the struggle for a place on the podium was managed by Vitebsk, who beat Minsk on the guest field with a score of 3-1. Thus, in the fight for the second place, Vitebsk is ahead of the Shakhtyor and Dynamo by 2 points.

The leader of the championship Borisov BATE confidently beat the outsider of the tournament - Mogilev Dnepr 3-1. In the match, two goals were scored by the brother of the BATE’s head coach Dmitry Baga.

Of the remaining matches of the day the team Gomel should be noted. They have now now 26 points, with 16 of them were earned in the last 6 matches. In this week, the Gomel players confidently beat Gorodeya thanked two goals scored with a difference of three minutes in the middle of the first half.
