The French striker Alassane Plea, who moved from Nice to Borussia Monchengladbach this summer, has adjusted to the German football quite quickly. With five goals in eight matches, the 25-year-old is currently the team's best scorer in the Bundesliga.

Plea is particularly prolific in away matches, as he has so far found the net in all four of them. In the Bundesliga history, only two players managed to score in their first five away games - Steffen Baumgart in 1995/96 for Hansa Rostock, and Serge Gnabry in 2016/17 for Werder Bremen.

So if today Plea scores at Freiburg, he will match the record - and will have a chance to set a new one in a couple of weeks.
