It has not been easy for Isco this season as he hasn't be featured in many game, therefore he wants to leave Real Madrid so that he can start his career again.

He has previously been rumored to be linked to clubs in Serie A and the Premier League, but Isco would rather stay in Spanish. According to media, the midfielder wants to switch to the La Liga team Sevilla.

This is partly due to the fact that Isco can be reunited with his former head coach at Real Madrid and on the national team, Julen Lopetegui, who is Sevilla coach currently.

AS also writes that Isco is very eager for the change to become a reality. However, it does not appear that Isco will get his wish during the January transfer window, as Real Madrid can not do without him in the squad.

Zinedine Zidane is afraid that the Real Madrid squad is too small and if they should be hit by injuries, it will really affect them so that's why he will not sell Isco to Sevilla. Isco has been with Real Madrid since 2013 and his current contract expires in the summer of 2022.
