I have watched plenty of Manchester United games this season, and the situation is getting worse every day. I cannot understand why Jose Mourinho is not sacked yet, but it would be crazy to expect him last till Christmas.

Manchester United have not won any of their last 4 games, and that is a terrible result for one of the best clubs in the world. Also, MU did not play against grand clubs in those 4 matches. In contrary, the Red Devils faced very mediocre West Ham, Wolves, Derby, and Valencia teams. Why are the owners still waiting to let Jose Mourinho go? I don't know. But let's see where MU stand at this very moment.

Manchester United are out of the Carabao Cup already after a humiliating performance against Frank Lampard's Derby. In Champions League, MU have won against Young Boys (who wouldn't, tho?) and played a scoreless draw against Valencia in the Old Trafford. Is that a good result? Hell no. At this point, I believe that Valencia are closer to the playoff stage than MU. I doubt that any team in the group can beat Juventus. I also doubt that any team would lose points to Young Boys as well. That leaves us with Valencia and MU fighting for that second place in the group, meaning that MU's draw in their home stadium is quite a terrible result.

In the Premier League, Manchester United are struggling as well. I predicted that the Red Devils would suck this year, but even I did not expect them to be at the 10th place after 7 rounds. 3 wins, 3 loses and 1 draw should be a result of teams like Everton or West Ham but not Manchester United, one of the most popular and influential clubs in the world. However, the reality is what it is. What does it mean? The Red Devils need changes.

Today, Jose Mourinho finally left Lindelof on the bench and gave Bailly his spot. That was a positive result as Manchester United did not concede a goal and to be honest, looked quite alright in defense. Sadly, MU could not create a single opportunity to score a goal as well. When you have Sanchez, Pogba, Lukaku, and Rashford on your team, creating zero chances against Valencia in Old Trafford is not excusable. I bet that Mourinho will look for excuses, though. He always does, and that sounds miserable.

It looks like players are not happy with their manager and have no intention or motivation to win. Alexis Sanchez looks like that kid who gets a spot on the school team only because his father donates money to the school. Sanchez plays terrible. However, his attitude is even worse. Today, when Mourinho substituted Sanchez, he did not even care to sprint back to the bench. Instead, he walked. And I do not doubt that Sanchez knew that the whole team and fans are not happy with the current result. And yet - he freaking walked to the bench with no passion in his eyes. That is terrible.

Pogba is a monstrous player. However, as long as he has to play under Jose Mourinho, good things cannot happen. It looks like Mourinho tries to destroy Pogba's career. I bet that if Mourinho had an opportunity, he would be glad to leave Pogba outside of the starting XI. Gladly, Jose Mourinho knows that it would be the last decision he makes as the manager of Manchester United. That said, Pogba is clearly uncomfortable with his role in the team at the moment. That needs to be fixed. And the only thing I can think of is letting Mourinho (or Pogba but that is not likely) go.

Lukaku is playing as good as his teammates let him play. I don't blame the forward for MU's terrible performances throughout the season because he simply doesn't get involved in the game. Also, when Lukaku gets an opportunity to score, he does. The only problem is that those opportunities do not come often with MU's terrible schemes and lack of creativity.

Other players such as Matic or Fellaini are doing what they have to do, but that is usually not enough to expect a positive result. I don't blame those role players as well. It is Mourinho who tells them what and how to do things. If Mourinho's schemes are not working, it is obvious that where the problem is. On top of that, it doesn't take to be a genius to notice that the team spirit is at its all-time low at the moment. A lot of players are not happy with their role, their team's performance, and Jose Mourinho. You are free to prove me wrong, but Mourinho has to go as soon as possible. Otherwise, Manchester United fans can forget titles this year and European competitions next year.

Do you think that I am too harsh about Mourinho? Does he deserve another chance?
