In the part 1, I explained the Over and Under 2.5 goals market. I believe you should have won some bets with it.
A good bet is the Algeria Vs Nigeria match and the Senegal Vs Tunisia match. Following the post and utilizing the points listed there, you will know that the Senegal Vs Tunisia will be a low scoring match while the Nigerian match will be an high-scoring one.
You can check my post where I previewed the match and gave my prediction here. They all won and I believe you can also achieve that success in no time.
Now, let's go to the both teams to score market.
Both Teams To Score (Yes or No)
This is just a bet where you win when both teams score or when both teams do not score. It all depends on the option you choose.
How do you know both teams will score or both teams will not score?
This is a difficult market as its success depends on many factors. The factors will be discussed below.
Attacking strength
You want goals from both sides, then you need both teams attack to be sharp. You need the goals to flow in. In a situation where both teams are evenly matched, you should concentrate more on the away team attacking strength. The home team are right in their stadium and have their fans backing them and will get a goal in most cases about 70-80% of the time. What you don't want is the away team failing get a goal that will see your bet win.
You need to check the away team goal statistics while playing away. I will refer you to the Part 1 where you can read more about the over 2.5 goals. You should now apply it to the away team. Once the away team ticks all the boxes of getting 2 or more goals, your bet is good to go.
The attacking strength factor is also dependent on the defensive strength factor.
Defensive strength
This is what separates top teams from low ranked teams. Goals win matches but without a strong defense, you will only keep playing out a draw. You should check out both teams defensive ability. Are 2 ultra defensive teams playing or one of them have a good backline.
Let's take this scenario.
Liverpool faces Arsenal. Now, Liverpool have scored 13 goals in their last 5 home games conceding only 1 goal.
Arsenal on the other hand have scored 12 goals and conceded 7 in their last 5 away matches.
This kind of match will end in both teams scoring 95% of the time. Forget Liverpool good home record of conceding just 1 goal in their last 5 matches, Arsenal will score. Arsenal away goals scored is just too good to ignore. They will get at least a goal.
Another scenario is Liverpool Vs Everton. Liverpool have scored 13 goals in their last 5 home games conceding only 1 goal.
Everton on the other hand have scored 4 goals and conceded 3 in their last 5 away matches.
This is another match example. You can see that Everton are struggling for goals but they are also solid conceding just 3 goals. Liverpool on the other hand are getting the goals and preventing others from scoring.
Liverpool is the top team here and will boss Everton around. Any Everton counter attack will be nullified by the Liverpool defenders. The game will be a low scoring one and there won't be goals at both sides.
Can you see how attacking strength and defensive strength come into play. You need to combine the part 1 and this part 2 factors to understand this better.
Events
Both teams to score is goal related and the events listed in part 1 applies here too. One additional event you should focus on is the
Disciplinary record of the team. Arsenal Vs Chelsea matches during Wenger and Mourinho era always see the Arsenal players getting a red card. Red card is one thing that may change the course of a game. You want to be sure that a silly red card do not spoil your bet.
Do your research on the team disciplinary record. Imagine 2 evenly matched teams playing and team A gets a red card, this will give team B the ability to attack more and capitalize on the red card.
When you combine the Attacking strength, defensive strength, and Event together, you can get a good win rate in your bets.
