Weird Delegation system...a few doubts
Extracted from the SCORUM White paper: *In order to make it to the list of 21 delegates chosen to sign blocks for the following round, a user needs to either become one of the top 20 most popular candidates according to user votes OR buy a sufficient amount of Scorum Power and wait for their turn in the queue among all the remaining candidates that didn’t make it to the top-20 list.* In the case I would have sufficient SCR to be a candidate, how someone can vote me to become a delegate (witness in BTS or STEEM and so a Block producer)? What is supposed to be the "sufficient" minimum threshold of SCR to be considered as a candidate? Dear SCORUM developers, could you better explain those important points?
