Bet, Preview: Arsenal vs. Manchester United
Another big game on its way for Manchester United, the expectation are already high on United and Solskjaer. Everyone including social media is still talking about the incredible victory against PSG in Paris but Solskjaer is busy preparing for the clash against Arsenal. This match is going to be a vital match to decide the top fours as these two teams are separated by just 1 point. Also, United can dream even higher if they can win this one, to the third, in level with Spurs on point. In the mid-week, both the teams were busy in France but returned home with the opposite scoreline. United collected a glorious victory against PSG to secure the quarterfinal spot but Arsenal left themselves in big trouble after losing to Rennes by 3-1 in Europa League last 16. Although United got a brilliant comeback against PSG, Solskjaer is still troubled with the injury. Also, there had been a couple of good updates from Solskjaer during the pre-match. Martial and Bailly is available against Arsenal, added to it, Matic and Herrera are also looking better and might start. Like in Paris, some youngsters like Mason Greenwood and Tahith Chong might get to the bench. For Arsenal, they will be without Lucas Torreira. Lucas Torreira got the red card after his challenge against Rose and he will receive 3 match suspension. Torreira absence will become a huge loss for Arsenal. Also, Hector Bellerin, Rob Holding, and Welbeck are out of action because of injury. Besides the injury updates, the other good news is the form of Romelu Lukaku. Lukaku has been in a great form and now has scored 6 goals in last 3 matches including 2 goals against PSG in Paris. The other promising players who shined when all of the first-team was injured are Diogo Dalot and McTominay. Dalot was great after he came to replace injured Bailly and impressed throughout the game. His effort earned a lucky penalty for United. McTominay is another player utilizing the opportunities he got. He scored and assisted against Southampton last time. Pogba is well rested for the clash against Arsenal after he missed the match against PSG because of the suspension. Going through the head to head, United is the better team compared to Arsenal. These 2 teams played last time in the FA Cup tie, which United won comfortably with the scoreline of 3-1. A double from Lingard and a goal from Valencia secured the victory for Arsenal. The reverse fixture ended in a 2-2 draw. Last season, United won both the tie. Going into Emirates, United would be full of confidence having already defeated Arsenal a couple of months back. But United have to be careful with the Arsenal's frontline who are in great forms. The pair of Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored 33 goals for this season. Lacazette got a full rest in the mid-week. To conclude, once again United will not come empty-handed given the impressive away records. United have now won 9 away games in a row. But Solskjaer shouldn't forget Arsenal who now has won 8 games in a row. The run for at least one of these 2 teams will certainly come to an end. Spurs lost today, and both teams know they can get closer to the third spot which looked unlikely a month back for both these teams. Bet: Solskjaer has proved many of the doubters time and again, tomorrow will be the repeat of another day. A win almost looks certain for United. Also, it is going to be a goal fest for sure. The last 4 matches have seen more than 2.5 goals on each occasion. I am going with the above bets for this match.
