Jeff Alger who is senior manager at Microsoft . A few decades ago he was a soccer coach at state level . During the coaching he realised that there is no way to judge the players that how good they are so without that ability you are nothing. He was really offended by the management system . So he decided to quit the job and he did master in business management and then he opened his own company "Seattle Sports Sciences" where they used Artificial Intelligence to check talent of athletes and train them. They are also using some Machine Learning Techniques to Improve coaching.
