Disgraceful letter from Tottenham owner
What is more logic after disgraceful performance then expect that overpaid disgraceful owner will send disgraceful letter to fans ? I will copy paste it here and later comment: Title "Club Update from Daniel" source: https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news/2023/april/club-update-from-daniel/ Dear All, Sunday’s performance against Newcastle was wholly unacceptable. It was devastating to see. We can look at many reasons why it happened and whilst myself, the Board, the coaches and players must all take collective responsibility, ultimately the responsibility is mine. Cristian will leave his current role along with his coaching staff. Cristian stepped in at a difficult point in our season and I want to thank him for the professional manner in which he and his coaching staff have conducted themselves during such a challenging time. We wish him and his staff well. Ryan Mason will take over Head Coach duties with immediate effect. Ryan knows the Club and the players well. We shall update further on his coaching staff in due course. I met with the Player Committee today - the squad is determined to pull together to ensure the strongest possible finish to the season. We are all clear we need to deliver performances which earn your amazing support. COYS, Daniel Horrific performance from first 20 minutes was of course unacceptable. Club from Sunday league would concede goals slower than that. Not a word about many reasons why it happened, call for "collective responsibility" in communist style. Then obvious conclusion that ultimately the responsibility is on chairman Daniel Levy. Then comes shocking disgraceful sentence that because responsibility is on him he sacked assistant manager he appointed after he sacked Conte for telling the truth that these players do not want to fight for shirt, badge and fans. New manager will be Ryan Mason. Responsibility is mine, but I will sack someone else manager and his staff. Players decided to reimburse the fans for money they spent on buying tickets for Newcastle away game. It's ok, but not enough. How about cost of travel ? Even with that spiritual pain of 5:0 for 20 minutes will remain. I'd try to play the best football I can until the end of the season. I am sure fans would also like that kind of apologize. Play the best you can against Manchester United and Liverpool for apologize! Be a team for apologize! Then comes the most interesting part. He met with "Player Committee" find out players are determined to pull together to ensure the strongest possible finish of the season! The end is hilarious COYS, Daniel. Does he even know what COYS mean ? Communist vocabulary like "collective responsibility", "committee" catch my eye. I instantly asked myself who are members of player committee ? Soon after some journalists discovered it consists of 4 players: Hugo Lloris (!!), Eric Dier (!!), Hojbjerg and Kane. LoL! So I guess those committee members are those who complained on Conte and question their future if Conte doesn't get sacked for telling the truth about them! I would exclude Kane from this. Those other 3 are those 3 who I noticed playing deliberately bad in a lot of games during Conte era. So those three cowards, football idiots and pricks are deciding when it's right time to sack the manager ? Punching ball inside own net, deflecting ball to Villa player to score, abandoning his man on incoming cross, losing ball in own box vs Sheffield United and smiling after 3rd conceded goal in Newcastle that was joint effort to sack coach who wanted to win something with this club and get rid of his assistant. Those 3 lost any respect from me from now on. Allasdair Gold told Skipp did argue with Hojbjerg calling him names like ""flappy armed fraud" at half time, pointing everything what was wrong in first half. One fan claim he traveled in same train backward with one Newcastle staff member and asked him about half time and he replied they heard noise and impression was that Lloris came on Kane in dressing room! Imagine that! Big horse who conceded 5 goals in 20 minutes and who is probably guilty for at least 2 if not 3 of them, who didn't bother to dive on shot from 25 meters is attacking the best goalscorer in club history at half time! LoL! If that is truth I hope he got beaten good during HT to the point he is unable to come out on second. I don't want to see him in Tottenham shirt ever again! I still hope that Newcastle staff member or that Tottenham fan did trolling. However fact that worst goalkeeper in Premier League and for some unknown reason club captain didn't come out in second half strengthens his story. I don''t believe in "pain in the muscle" stories. Big up to Ryan Mason who accepted to sit in "electric chair" on Tottenham bench. I had misfortune to live under Communist regime here and terms like "collective responsibility" in that vocabulary means "no one is guilty or responsible". Let's come back to Daniel Levy. If ultimate responsibility is yours you than do honorable thing and resign from Chairman position! I can't find that sentence in this letter! Some fans are deluded and think he's an idiot. No he is not. Idiots don't become billionaires in well organized countries. An idiot can become billionaire here, but not in UK. He is intelligent, he is not doing what he is doing because he doesn't know. He knows exactly what he is doing and he is doing it on purpose and he will never change. That's why only way for this club to go forward is to get rid of this ownership. Fans should protest and force them to sell club. Mainstream media started to write about this owner, ask questions, lights are on him! When fans are doing pressure, when media is talking about it maybe someone from UK government will fly to Bahamas to explain to Joe Lewis why it's a good idea to sell club which estimated value is 2 billion for 3.7 and not ask for 4.5 billions or more. Even TalkSport guests are talking he should resign and let someone else run this football club. As you can see next protest is on Match Day against Manchester United. Attend it If you can and if this performance is unacceptable for you. Yes players and staff are responsible for happening on the pitch, but someone is making or not stopping non sport influence on players. Someone brought all those players in the club, someone setup club to fail on all levels, someone is sacking managers every year. Who that might be ? Big up for those who saw this problem long before I did like: Brian Dagul, The Kauff (and others from Tottenham on Tour), Stellios, Iggy ( and others on Tottenham Away), Kuvva, Ben and Sim (from Tottenham TV), Eu Jin from SpursAsia and everyone else! #LevyOut #ENICOut #LewisOut
