Happy Moan Day - Niko Kovac Sacked At The Expense Of Bayern's Failure
source It was not an easy and fortunate weekend for Kovic who at the expense of Bayern's loss to Eintracht Frankfurt lost his job. It was a horrible situation for both club and coach as they both share the moaning experience. I can't think of anybody who deserves a moan day consolation than the Bayern team who lost woefully and the head coach who was shown the exit door. It was a surprise call for me when i saw the coach has parted ways with the club. How hard it is to withstand pressure from a notable club like Bayern München. They say, " when you live large, you invite large troubles". It takes more than what you can think of to subdue that kind of pressure and avoid tormenting troubles. Bayern Travelled to Commerzbank arena for their matchday 10 Bundesliga match but what they encountered was the least expected. The host weren't merciful as the game turned out to be an act of war. Well, you never can tell.....comparing the name Adolf Hutter(Frankfurt coach) and that of our notorious German Adolf Hitler, you can see it was an engagement of military forces😂😂😂. Maybe Niko Kovac thought he was going for peace keeping....lol source Jerome Boateng became the first unfortunate lad who was shown a red card in the 9th minute after a clumsy fouls just outside the box. Paciencia found himself romancing the floor after the German defender fouled him with a trailing leg to stop the striker from beating him on a one-on-one thereby creating a clear goalscoring opportunity. The foul was initially whistled to be a penalty with a yellow card to the defender but the video assistant referee checked and spotted the foul inches away from the box. The penalty call was reversed while Boateng was sent off the pitch after VAR's review. The host didn't wait much for their visitors to settle in well after the red card, rather they pounced on the fielded 10 men and decided to devour like a lion on its prey. Filip Kostic gave Frankfurt the lead in the 25th minute from a D.Sow shot which was deflected by Alaba. This signaled trouble for Bayern. D.Sow doubled the lead for the host from Filip Kostic deflected shot. The midfielder emphatically buried the ball past helpless Neuer. 2-0 on the score sheet and it looks like D.Sow and Kostic are agents of deflections....lol. Before the half time went, Lewandoski got one in for the visitors. It was a fantastic goal as he drilled and bamboozled two defenders before slotting the ball into the net. Everything seems to be having a fine shape for them after the goal without them knowing what the future holds. How ruthless for our poor defending champions. source The second half began in earnest and D. Abraham couldn't wait to break a sweat before firing home a third for the home side. The right back goal served as a punishment for Gnarby's poor clearing touch. It wasn't over as they kept tearing Bayern apart with fast and counter attacks. M.Hinteregger heads home the cough goal while Paciencia made it five as he slots the ball into an empty goal post. source Kovac on the other hand after the result was equally thrown out. The 48-year-old Croatian took over at the club from Jupp Heynckes in the summer of 2018 and won a league and cup double in his first season, but Bayern have struggled to hit their best form this campaign. Kovac's previous side Eintracht Frankfurt has caused a moan day for their former boss with a humiliating result which proved to be the final straw for the club’s (Bayern) hierarchy. It now remains to be seen who will replace Kovac. While assistant manager Hansi Flick will take charge for the upcoming games, the international break which follows will give the club time to consider a long-term appointment. A number of high-profile names including Jose Mourinho, Mauricio Pochettino and Massimiliano Allegri have been linked, with the likes of Erik ten Hag, Ralf Rangnick and Mark van Bommel also likely to enter into the conversation. A post in reference to @pete happy moan day contest. Word Of Encouragement Hang in there, don't give up, keep pushing, keep fighting, stay strong, never give up, never say 'die', come on! You can do it! (To Niko) For Bayern München, there is always space to bounce back to your feet no matter the condition.
