"Freedom to make mistakes" at it's climax in Spurs
Pochettino philosophy "Mistakes are part of football and will always be here", "We want freedom to make mistakes" had it's climax yesterday in humiliating 2:7 defeat of Spurs against Bayern Munich. Instead trying to eliminate them and to make them show less often by eliminating from squad stupid pricks which are making to many of them he said it's normal. This was annihilation, Bayern ended the game scoring goals easier than on training ground. This type of result would not make at home some amateur side from Andora. This was disgracing of Premier League, London, England and whole United Kingdom. Why it's happened ? It started as very good and exciting football game with Spurs dominating on pitch in first 30 minutes. They scored one goal from many chances they made, conceded one from one of few Bayern chances and failed to score second. Son alone could score 3 goals at the beginning, not to mention those missing shots from inside the box by other players. Then around 30. minute Spurs players looked like totally exhausted and unable to run. They start to stand on the field, gave Bayern possession and were unable to even go in counter attack when they recover ball. Well fit Bayern players managed to score second just before half time. I was optimistic something will change at half time, they will rest a bit and repeat performance from first 30 minutes and score 2-3 goals. I was so wrong! In second half Spurs tried to play for 10 minutes or so before rising up white surrender flag. Exhausted players with doubtful skill started to compete in stupidity who will make bigger mistake, who will give Bayern easier ball in dangerous area. They didn't bother trying to stop their attacks, let them make clear shots from inside 16m and they converted almost all of chances mercilessly into goals. Doubtful penalty on Rose who played dangerously before being fouled gave some false hope Spurs can come back because result was only 2:4, but Sissoko missed clear shot from inside the box. That was fine difference between two clubs. In one every player can shot and score when you let them shoot clear from 16m while in other they shoot airplanes from same positions. Bayern players sent rockets in corners of goal, Spurs players sent anti aircraft rockets into sky. One team is fully fit and can play in same rhythm for 90 minutes while other can play 30 minutes and get exhausted. One team has Ghabri, other has Dele Alli... Game ended with Bayern scoring goals easier than on training like they are playing against some purely amateur squad. Spurs players didn't bother to much in defense, gave them plenty of time and space to shot. When you give that to serious squad like Bayern you end like that. Instead of "Freedom to make mistakes" those oxen in white shirts need fining system and very hard and extra fitness training! That disbanded gang of non fit cretins seems not to have any preseason fitness training, they can't stand on field for 90 minutes. Once they gain fitness they can start hard training on shootings from 16m. I don't want to see any player who can't hit goal with dangerous shoot from 16 meter when he has space and time to shot! Poch should transform from their "good father" into pure evil - Satan who will behead every stupid prick who is not doing his job on the field. You do it once I warn you, you do it twice I fine you, you do it third time you are not player for this club. Warn him, fine him, list & sell him. It's simple as that. If you make 3 stupid mistakes you are not for this club and need kick in the ass to get out. If some pricks does not want to play there is reserve squad for them. I also smell some non sport life behind this defeat. Some undercover agents should spy them to check what they are doing in their "free time".
