I am into golf . I play golf . How can it be that hard to hit a small little round ball into a hole. My handicap is 18. What was that ? You're handicap is bad English as well!! Yep. I am shit at both! For someone who is a hacker I really marvel at the pro's. How can they be that good , that consistent. It is purely natural ability. A golfer is way more skillful than a footballer, a snooker player, even a gymnast. In order to win a tour event these people have to keep concentration up for 4 days. If any one of these say 240 shots go wrong then they are finished and onto the next tournament. I heard about the book on OTB Golf weekly, a golf show in Ireland. I had to read this about one of the greats.

In my opinion Tiger was the best of the best. Better than Jack, Better than Arnold. Jack won more majors. So what? Jack wasn't playing when the greens were running at a stimp-meter of 12!. This guy was unbeatable. Unheard of in golf and then the freefall. One of the most private people in the world (with a yacht named privacy) had a very very public downfall. Mistress after mistress came out of the woodwork. Voice messages and a curious case of a drugged up Tiger's car crashing into a tree being chased by his wife with a 4 iron in her hand . One even being his 19 year old next door neighbour.

The biography doesn't paint Tiger in a good light. It paints him in a terrible light. He pays for nothing. He has a sense of entitlement. He is rude. He has no empathy . He was brought up this way. His father never paid for his golf lessons. He was cut throat on the golf course. His best friend on the tour was Mark O Meara. Mark did a great deal for him and it was not reciprocated. When Mark was awarded the hall of fame in St Andrews Mark hoped that Tiger would be there(he was in the same town that night) . He didn't show. The book offers many of these really selfish portrayals of Tiger. It made me look at him in a different light. TV ratings go through the roof when he plays . Everyone still loves him. He has finally started playing again after surgery(alot of which is blamed on his intensive navy seal training ). But I learnt many things in the book. He has very little friends on the tour. None of the players really got close to him. He's also experienced deep sea diver. I read this book and used google to look back on videos while they were being described in the book such as Nike adverts and how hot some of his mistress's were.I've added some for the craic! None of whom you would kick out of bed for eating a bag of cheese & onion crisps I might add.

Who could blame the guy with supermodels hanging out of him in Las Vegas is one argument. But there is a problem when he is at a local breakfast joint with his wife and he is slipping the waitress a note to call him behind her back. After his fall from grace , Tiger parted ways with his coach Hank and employed a new coach. He started developing injuries which delayed his comeback. During this time he was out one night and he fell asleep behind the wheel and his car ended up on other side of road in a ditch. Prescription drugs were the cause . Mugshot below

Not his finest moment. The book ends with a glimmer of hope. Hes a great father and he is interacting with his peers more and also with the fans. He is even talking to his great rival Phil. Something unheard of years ago
