Previously, I explained in detail the secrets of the swing in the secrets of the pelvic swing 1 and 2 in the right buttocks. I told him to try to maximize the kink by trying the backswing with his right hip while stretching the pelvic angle toward the ground (see section 1) Once you have loaded your hips well, you should now release the kicks as you shoot the pistol towards the ball and blow the ball away.
The reason I'm saying that I will blow away the ball is that I would have noticed it soon enough. There is something I want to emphasize in this passage. I'll try to rewrite what I explained in Part 2. World top players have confirmed that they are powering the 'pelvic pistol' action, which pushes the lower body to the target right. If you are a competent golfer, turning the pelvis in the direction opposite to the target during the downswing is not the right way. It's just a phenomenon that looks like that.
There are some things to keep in mind here. If you lack exercise or lack flexibility, paradoxically, you can easily understand when you swing with a sense of pulling the pelvis in the direction opposite to the target (turning back and forth) at the right time to hit the ball in the downswing. "I release it by pushing the pelvis to the right side of the target, then stop motion and let the pelvis pull to the left of the target by the momentum of the swing."
Eventually: It is just the same sense that pulling the pelvis toward the target in the downswing at the right time to hit the ball (turning it backwards) or the momentum of the swing should pull the pelvis to the left of the target. The point is that it is easier for general golfers to use their right buttocks to feel pulling the pelvis in the opposite direction. If you know enough theory and armed, you will need constant practice. By concentrating on exercising your right butt, you can fully appreciate that feeling with an empty swing. I think it is possible to learn a good move only by the empty swing. I hope it will always help you enjoy golf.
