Travelers Championship (June 20-23, 2019) Every year since 1984, the Travelers Championship has been held at the TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Connecticut with a $7,200,000 prize money. It features a pre-qualifying stage where professionals and amateurs alike can join. The Open Championship (July 18-21, 2019) One of the most awaited major golf events 2019 is the Open Championship at the Royal Portrush Golf Club. With a purse of $10,250,000, this tournament requires from its players to meet 13 qualifications of the PGA, and one being that all of them must have won a PGA championship. The winner of the tournament gets a three-year exemption from the PGA Tour. The Northern Trust (August 8-11, 2019) Formerly known as the Barclays, The Northern Trust is a leg of the PGA Tour held every year in New York City since 2007 that is exclusive to the top 125 players on the FedEx points list. Eah golfer will vie for the $9,250,000 purse by the end of the tournament. BMW Championship (August 15-18, 2019) The Medinah Country Club in Illinois will host this year’s BMW Championship where the top 70 golfers from all over the world will compete for the purse of $9,250,000. TOUR Championship (August 22-25, 2019) The Tour Championship is definitely the most sought-after major golf events 2019 in the PGA Tour which will happen in East Lake GC in Atlanta, Georgia with Tiger Woods as the reigning victor of the championship. Presidents Cup (December 9-15, 2019) Tagged as one of the most prestigious golf tournaments in the world, the Presidents Cup is a series of matches played between a United States team and an international team. It will be played at the Royal Melbourne Golf Club in Melbourne, Australia. Every pro sports bettor out there started as a beginner. And every poker or casino expert started as a neophyte.
