Hey friends! I hope you all play and enjoy sports.we all are big fans of sports. If some days were gone gone without playing sports we think it is unfair and or all our fun has gone. Well  there are many games in world like cricket, hokey, football, baseball etc. I like all of them [ would you like them? ] as they are very fantastic sports. But today i am going to tell you about a sport which we like the most. 

HAVE YOU EVER HEARD THE NAME KABADD? Let's see now what i am going to tell you. 

HISTORY OF KABADDI — 

kabaddi originated in ancient  india kabaddi received international exposure from  the 1936 Berlin Olympics, demonstration by imdia. The game was introduced in the indian national games of calcuta in 1935 .

  The first known framework of the rules of kabaddi, was prepared in Maharashtra (India)in 1925 for kabaddi competitions, with the thought of sanjeevas and Gammish. 


INTRODUCTION — 

@ kabaddi is a wrestling sport from india. 

  • The word kabaddi is derived from tamil word meaning "holding  of hand", which is indeed the crucial aspect to play. It is national game of Bangladesh, and the state game of tamil nadu, karnataka and Andra predash in India. 

India has taken part in four Asian games in kabaddi and win gold in all of them. 

Prologue- kabaddi is a team game. 

  • Two teems each having  7 players in court.



Individual excellence is shown when a player raids opponents court. The team spirit, togetherness and team strategy comes into play when an opportunt raider enters in your court. 

The most important player requirement is stamina and lung power.the prayer should be able to keep long breathe without any break in between. 

SOME RULES ≈

A player shall be out if any part of his body touches the ground outside the playing court. 

If any player goes out of the boundary during course of play he shall be out. 

If an anti who have gone out of the bonds hold a raider, in that case raider shall be declared not out,but anti will only declared out. 

When a side send more than one raider at a time, warning shall be given.

  • explain the  measurement of the kabaddi court? 

  For men 12.50m×10m.

For women and children 11m ×8m

Main baulk line 3.25m from centre line similarly for women this is 2.5m.

 * How many players are there in a game? 

 Each team has a total 12 prayers,7 players enter in a game and 5 players are substitutes. 

  • What is duration of a kabaddi match?

The match for men has two halves of 20 min each with 5 min interval {20m- 05-20m}

But for women and children [15m-5m-15m].

    


##! FRIENDS @ KABADDI IS A FUNFULL GAME. IT IT DIFFRRENT FROM OTHER GAMES AND IS IN EXPENSIVE. NOT USE OF BIG PLAY GROUND,BALL ETC BUT MAIN THING IS TO CONCENTRATE  ON EYES, LEGS, HAND, MOUTH.
