To be honest, I had no idea what Kabaddi is before I saw this sport on Scorum. I wanted to look up what that is and how it is played. Let's learn a new sport!

Kabaddi, also spelled kabbadi or kabadi, game played between two teams on opposite halves of a field or court. Individual players take turns crossing onto the other team’s side, repeating “kabaddi, kabaddi” (or an alternate chant); points are scored by tagging as many opponents as possible without being caught or taking a breath before returning to one’s home territory.

It is popular in South Asia And it is the National sport of Bangladesh. It is also called Sadukudu, Hadudu, Bhavatik, kauddi, Hu-Tu-Tu, Chedugudu. And played first time in Tamil Nadu.

It has many rules, of course, if you are interested you can check about detailed rules. I want to place a video here, it is really interesting for me.
