The lacrosse is a tremendously spectacular sport and a lot of contact.

Two teams of 8 players face each other on a court with the dimensions of a futsal field, using the goals as goal. The goal is to score the highest number of goals in the opposing team's goal, each move is provided with a stick with which to push the ball, the goalkeepers have a special stick with a larger surface area.

ATTACK: (it is totally forbidden)

Corre more than 5 steps in possession of the ball.
Project the ball using the stick with one hand.
Use the stick to hit, hinder or block the opponent.
Make a shot on goal inside the area of 6m handball.

The players take the ball with the shovel of the earth with their stick and they can work to take the ball in his stick, to pass the ball through the air to other players or to throw it in the goal.

In men's lacrosse, players can kick the ball, as well as cover it in with their chopsticks provided they do not hold it in play.

Time continues to operate in dead ball situations such as middle goals, with two exceptions: when referees judge necessary to avoid a significant loss of playing in time, such as when chasing a ball shot to the far or during the care of a damaged player; and in the last three minutes of the fourth quarter of any men's game.
