Why does he fall down on the ground so easily? Why does he find it difficult to fight back?

Maybe you are wondering that you know what to do but you just cannot do anything or you are not in a position to make your move to fight back. When you fight for self defense, you just fall on the ground and do not know what just happens.

You are in a vulnerable position in a fight because you lose your balance. I have a made post recently where I talked about how to defend yourself against a choke on the ground. Now the question is how you end up on the ground and the attacker grabs your throat to choke you.

When you stand and fight, you have the body balance. The attacker cannot make you fall on the ground or apply any technique to do that as long as you have balance. You can move to defend yourself from being an awkward position where you might lose your body balance.

If someone makes you fall on the ground, get up as soon as you can. You can bend your knees and attack the attacker when you get close to attack you. You can use your hands to cover yourself and defend against punches. You can use your legs to kick and trap the attacker's leg. You can also move on the ground that makes it difficult to attack you.

If you do that, the attacker finds it difficult to attack you even when you are on the ground. Still, if the attacker is managed to mount on you and choke you, you can defend yourself and get out of that situation. You know how to defend yourself when someone chokes you on the ground, so will you let the attacker make you end up there to choke you?

Of course not, you can make your move to defend yourself in the first place so that you do not end up on the ground.

We talk about different techniques and also recommend sparring with your training partner. When you do sparring and it seems that you cannot apply the technique. One of the reasons is, your opponent keeps his balance and as long as you cannot make him lose his balance, you cannot make that technique work.

I am going to end this post saying one thing, that is, always keep your balance when you fight for self defense.

Thank you so much for reading this post. I hope you will find it useful. Please let me know your thoughts in the comment section.
