When it comes to self defense, there are a lot of things that can affect a fight. Do you think you will get help from other people when you are being attacked?

Sometimes other people can help you, and sometimes you are on our own. We learn many things in life. How about learning something that can help you to protect yourself?

I usually write about martial arts and self defense. This is something I'm passionate about it. I'm also passionate about business. Maybe I will talk about that more in the future.

I do not know everything about martial arts but what I know and learn I can share that with others. I hope you will find it useful and some of you will take action to learn self defense and martial arts.

When you learn any martial art, you like that martial art. That's why you are learning. You might hear something like that martial art is not good or is not useful. If the person who is telling you this spends time to learn or pay attention to that martial art, he has some points, otherwise, please do not just assure and jump on conclusion.

After learning a martial art, you can go and learn another martial art. You have a better understanding of it. A couple of days ago, a martial artist who learned two martial arts asked me,

"do you think that martial art is not practical?

My response was,

I can tell what I learned and there is something that is not useful for self defense in real-life situations.

If you learn martial arts, please do not just assume or jump on a conclusion because someone said that. You need to have an open mind. Then when you learn any martial art, you can do better and have a good understanding of it.

Thank you so much for reading this post. I appreciate your support and feedback.
