We talk about different things as well as different moves in order to defend yourself. The thing is, you will not find every moves work against every attacker. The attacker can be a good fighter or he has some background. Who knows? So do not just think it would be an easy fight.

Underestimating your opponent is one of the mistakes that can put you in a vulnerable position. If you see a big guy, you usually think it would be difficult to deal with the situation. If that guy does not look like or fit in some specific category, that is an easy fight. The fact is, you cannot understand just looking at your opponent.

Make your moves and see how he responds and figure out fast what you can do to defend yourself and get back home alive. There is no point in fighting forever until you win. There is no prize to be a champion. All you want is to defend yourself.

Adapting to your opponent is very important. If you learn to adapt and make your move accordingly, you will always be unstoppable. So, adapt to the situation and adapt to your opponent. As soon as you adapt to your opponent, he will find it difficult to beat you.

Now your opponent moves become your move. Even you can use this attacking technique against him. See what happens. You cannot plan for a fight. You have to be at present. And make your move based on that.

If you have any experience of dealing with a situation like this or you are a martial artist, please feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section. I'd love to hear from you.
