We all want to live a healthy and happy life. You can practice martial arts to get health benefits. Most people learn martial arts for self defense. If you get attacked and your life is in danger, you want to use your martial arts skills to defend yourself. You might face different situations in life and you have to use your moves based on that situation in order to defend yourself.
If you are said that do this, do that and you will be okay, well what you face in real life, it is not like 1, 2, and 3. You're done. That's why we talk about different situations and what can be done in that situation. If you are interested to learn self defense, please keep reading.
The attacker can strike you with any weapon. You might not have a lot of space to move here and there to defend yourself. So, you have to make your move in the limited space and save your life. Let's watch this video where the attacker uses a hammer to attack.
You try to stop a robber, don't think you grab him and he will do nothing. You will do everything to attack you and get rid of your hands. What you see in the video, a guy tries to stop the robber in ATM. The guy grabs his neck when the robber is about to open the door and leave.
The attack has a hammer in one hand. When the guy grabs his neck, the attacker takes the hammer on his other hand and starts attacking. When you see you are being attacked with the hammer, your first reaction would be stopping the hand that attacks you with a hammer.
You can defend that with your left hand instead of grabbing his neck. Then you can grab his hand and strike him with another hand. You can do knee charge, elbow strike, palm strike, and hammer fist. You do not like to get on the ground. Somehow you fall down on the ground, the attacker will not stop attacking just like what you see in this video.
You can kick his legs and keep your legs bend. And don't spread your legs outside. Why? He can attack to your groin. And stand up as soon as you. The guy did well on the ground kicking and grabbing the hammer and finally, the robber ran away from there.
